Zorzi Inox is specialised in the designing and
manufacturing of tanks and wine-storage systems, which are exclusively manufactured in authentic steels whose origin is certified.
ZorziInox studies and carries out pressure tanks for sparkling white wines, tanks for yeasts and essences, special multi-storeroom tanks, horizontal tanks, parallelepiped tanks, mixers and macerators, flotation tanks, palletized and stack tanks etc.
PTF wine-makers
PTF wine-makers are the result of many years of experience acquired through the most renowned wine-makers in the field. They grant the Client with an effective control of the fermentation process obtaining in the wine produced the maximum expression of the grapes treated.
They are available in the range from 50 to 280 hl. They are equipped both with a cooling inter-space for the automatic control of the fermentation temperature and with a heating inter-space to facilitate the beginning of the fermentation. The heating and atoms extraction is facilitated by an effective and reliable double-action system, of reassembling and wine-pressing of the cap. A programmable electronic system controls both the lixiviation cycles of the cap, and the action of a mixer at variable speed between 0 and 6 revolutions per hour.
The mixer rotation axis is raked as to the wine-maker axis and guarantees a delicate but effective wine-pressing of the cap. In its resting position, horizontal, the shovels of the mixer keep the cap immersed in the must. From the 150 hl capacity, the wine-makers can be equipped with a mechanical dumping system. The accurate finishing of the external surfaces, the inner ones and of the weld beads, makes the cleaning and the sanitization of these tools particularly easy preventing the deposit of tartars and easing their elimination. When the wine-making is finished, the wine-makers can be employed for the wine storage at room or controlled temperature.
Venturi-effect wine-makers
The Venturi-effect wine-makers are provided with inter-spaces that allow to control the fermentation temperature, or for White Wines, a cold maceration of
the squeezed product and the fining of the must before the fermentation.
As regards the processing of Red Wines, they are equipped with a device for the reassembling of the cap of marc and with a wide rectangular door with long dribble that allows an easy manual extraction of the marc.
The accurate finishing of the external surfaces, the inner ones and of the weld beads, makes the cleaning and the sanitization of these tools particularly easy
preventing the deposit of tartars and easing their elimination. When the wine-making is finished, the wine-makers can be employed for the wine storage at room or controlled temperature.
