Jacket

Realized with stainless steel Aisi 304 or Aisi 316 cold rolled sheets and constructed staring from a flat sheet, cylindrical or conical, welded to the tank creating a space suitable for the circulation of water or steam. This exchange circuit can be designed for an atmospheric working pressure or to support pressures over 10 Bar. It is available with different degrees of finishes based on the customer’s needs.

Trap-Cold

Realized with stainless steel Aisi 304 or Aisi 316 cold rolled sheets and constructed staring from a flat sheet, cylindrical or conical, overlapped to another flat sheet fixed with automatic spot welding. Subsequently the circuit is subjected to a water pressure of 16 Bar that allows the deformation of the external sheet creating the honeycomb embossing necessary for the circulation of the thermal fluid. The exchange circuit allows to be used with water with a working pressure of 3 – 4 Bar or with steam with maximum pressure of 0,49 Bar. The Trap-Cold circuit allows more passage channels for the fluid ( heating or cooling ) by increasing the turbulent motion with a consequent increase of the heat exchange coefficient, all at low levels of load loss and maximum exchange surface. It is available with different degrees of finishes based on the customer’s needs.

Rectangular Pipe

Realized with stainless steel Aisi 304 or Aisi 316 cold rolled sheets and press-folded up to obtain a ∏ section, rectangular pipe that is subsequently welded to spiral on the external surface of the cylinder and bottom. This exchange circuit can be designed and tested up to pressures of 6 Bar and allows to be used with water or steam. The rectangular pipe allows the passage of the fluid ( heating or cooling ) with mandatory direction, all at low levels of load loss but less exchange surface respect to the trap-cold circuit / atmospheric / in pression. The circuit can be tested according to the EC-PED Regulation.

Half Pipe

Realized with stainless steel Aisi 304 or Aisi 316 cold rolled sheets and constructed staring from a flat sheet that is folded up to obtain an open half pipe with C section that is subsequently welded to spiral on the external surface of the cylinder and bottom. This exchange circuit can be designed and tested at pressures over 6 Bar and allows to be used with water or steam. The half pipe allows the passage of the fluid ( heating or cooling ) with mandatory direction, all at low levels of load loss but less exchange surface respect to the trap-cold circuit / atmospheric / in pression. The circuit can be tested according to the EC-PED Regulation.

Internal Spiral Pipe

Realized with stainless steel Aisi 304 or Aisi 316 pipes that can be caldendered or to spiral and placed inside the tank starting from the internal bottom and then developing on the cylinder. For this circuit can be used different typology of pipes electrically welded / annealed / without welding. This exchange circuit can be designed and tested at pressures over 6 Bar and allows to be used with water or steam. The internal spiral pipe allows the passage of the fluid ( heating or cooling ) with mandatory direction, all at low levels of load loss and maximum exchange surface respect to the rectangular pipe or half pipe. The circuit can be tested according to the EC-PED Regulation.
